registration deadlines

Regular Registration Deadline: 72 hours before the scheduled class/event start time.

Late Registration Deadline: 24 hours before the scheduled class/event start time.

No registrations will be accepted after the Late Registration Deadline.

Some classes or events may have a limited seating capacity. Participants who delay registering until after the Regular Registration Deadline may find the class filled or may miss the opportunity to participate in pre-class surveys.

Cancellation by PublicDecisions

To ensure a quality learning experience, we reserve the right to cancel any class for which fewer than 10 students have registered by the Regular Registration Deadline. We may also cancel a class at any time for other reasons, such as unavailabilty of the instructor.

If we cancel a class for any of these reasons, all registered students will receive a full refund. We also promise to give as much advance notice as possible.

Cancellation by Student

If a student cancels his or her registration for any reason, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

• More than 7 calendar days before class start time: full refund
• Less than 7 calendar days, but more than 72 hours before class start time: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before class start time: no refund
